Discovering Personality Secrets with Kathy Kasten

I've had some big dreams and plans lately and (God love him) my husband and I have struggled to get on the same page. It seemed like the harder I tried, the worse it got.  My big dreams and plans also had me feeling stuck on where and how to start. 

Conversations with my friend and mentor Kathy Kasten blew me away. Because of her expertise in the DISC assessment, Kathy was able to pinpoint exactly which part of my personality was preventing me from communicating and implementing my plans. She could also tell me why and how my husband wasn't seeing my vision.  

It was like she was in my head! (Which is a scary thought!) I had to invite her into this conversation with all of you. She puts these practices to use in business and in our relationships, even with our kids.
