Healing for Clarity with Regard Tang

Are you a people pleaser? Have you stopped to think about where that comes from? What if you need to please others stems from your childhood?

 

Regard Tang, an energy healer, clairvoyant, and medium shares how she decided to leave her career in the fashion and makeup industry to find her calling in serving people. While working as a makeup artist, Regard found herself moving through different jobs and cities. This pursuit of her dream was having a major impact on her mental health. Finding that she was struggling with depression and anxiety, Regard started her personal growth journey with the help of her therapist. 

 

Through her personal development work, she found herself looking for ways to be able to serve others. This is where she started to work on becoming a coach to help others heal emotional and ancestral trauma to be able to achieve their goals. 

 

Working on healing these different traumas can help clients be able to realize who they are and who they want to be. It can help the client(s) realize what they need to do to take care of themselves so they can be able to help others better. Having boundaries and knowing what you need is so important to be able to achieve balance in one’s life and be able to be the best version of themselves.

Remember this work is work, it is not just a one-time event. When you are ready to do the work it is important to continue to work on yourself with support to ensure you continue moving forward and not slipping back into old mindsets.
