Ep. 29 Racial Progress Requires Hard Conversations with Tierre Webster

I've let my fear of what other people think of me keep me from having hard conversations. The avoidance of hard conversations have kept me from being the servant leader I strive to be. My fear has held me back from being the best version of me.
As a white woman, I don't know how I can be the best person I can be for the people I care deeply about in this era of racial awareness. It takes asking hard questions and being willing to be judged for the sake of progress.
Tierre Webster graciously takes me through the topic of race, judgement, unconscious and conscious biases. He challenges me (which is what good friends do) to face the hard questions, dig deep, and get vulnerable for the sake of progress and service.
If you've been struggling around how to navigate the topic of racial discrimination, this may be a great place to start.
