Ep. 34 Impossible to I'm Possible with Wynn Godbold
Wednesday Sep 09, 2020
Wednesday Sep 09, 2020
Have you ever felt like you're being called for something more than what you're doing? Like...you know it in your bones?
How about feeling like you are meant to do more but you have no idea what they this?
I know those feelings well and so does my guest Wynn Godbold. In this episode of the Unstuck podcast, Wynn reminds us of the Audrey Hepburn quote "Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I'm possible."
Sometimes we live small and hold ourselves back because of the limiting beliefs that we've developed throughout our lives, especially as a child. We are born with a purpose, our truth, but slowly it is covered up by the programing of our environment.
Wynn helps us look at those belief systems and gives us tips to replace them with our truth.

Ep. 33 There's Got To Be More To Life Than This
Wednesday Sep 02, 2020
Wednesday Sep 02, 2020
Have you ever wondered to yourself..."Is this it?"
I was longing to serve others AND my family in a bigger way. I was ready to step up into my greater potential. I felt like I was stifled and capable of more and honestly... a little afraid of what that would look like too. Was the corporate ladder I was familiar with the only way? What if that's not what I wanted? I didn't try so hard to have a family to spend such little time with them.
I was missing something and looking for a vehicle to grow personally and professionally. I wanted the option of becoming the best version of myself.
I wanted more... more creativity, more leadership, more impact, more time with my family. Is that really even an option?
Believe it or not, I found something that checked every box. I learned that I don't need to trade my need for a fulfilled life for time with my family. That life really does exist.
Check out my journey of discovering what I had been searching for all along. If you find yourself drawn to my story, take this quiz and see if what I'm doing is a good fit for you too. Maybe this is the turning point you've been praying for... canireallybreakfree.com

Ep. 29 Racial Progress Requires Hard Conversations with Tierre Webster
Tuesday Aug 04, 2020
Tuesday Aug 04, 2020
I've let my fear of what other people think of me keep me from having hard conversations. The avoidance of hard conversations have kept me from being the servant leader I strive to be. My fear has held me back from being the best version of me.
As a white woman, I don't know how I can be the best person I can be for the people I care deeply about in this era of racial awareness. It takes asking hard questions and being willing to be judged for the sake of progress.
Tierre Webster graciously takes me through the topic of race, judgement, unconscious and conscious biases. He challenges me (which is what good friends do) to face the hard questions, dig deep, and get vulnerable for the sake of progress and service.
If you've been struggling around how to navigate the topic of racial discrimination, this may be a great place to start.

Ep. 28 Riding the Rollercoaster with Dr. Crystal Whitmarsh
Wednesday Jul 29, 2020
Wednesday Jul 29, 2020
Have you ever felt like you're on a rollercoaster? You climb heights of victory followed by plunges of fear, anxiety, and insecurity? You might be taking 3 steps forward in courage and then forced to take 4 steps backwards in fear?
Dr. Crystal Whitmarsh knows that feeling all too well. As an accomplished physical therapist by day and coffee maven, wife, and mommy by night, she knows what it's like to question the next step. Sometimes the next step as the co-owner of Trail Creek Coffee Rosters is met with fear and a lot of exhaustion. How is it that one person handles working in the medical profession during covid, raises her two boys, and finds time to run a successful business along with her husband, Jim?
Crystal selflessly helps you feel like you're not alone if you've been riding that rollercoaster and encourages you to lean on faith. Sometimes the cost is too big to NOT get on the rollercoaster. Do it scared... one step at a time.
She also reminds us that just because you have the time doesn't mean you have the capacity. This wild ride has to be accompanied by a whole lot of grace.

Ep. 26 Can Life Really Be Better with Dr. Melissa King
Wednesday Jul 15, 2020
Wednesday Jul 15, 2020
Are you settling for good or going for great?
That's a tough question to ask ourselves. Sometimes we devote our time, money, and effort towards something but feel we are being calling for more. This pivot might even mean giving up the good life we know in hopes for a greater one. Sometimes our good isn't uncomfortable enough to make us brave. But what is good costing you?
Dr. Melissa King was living out her dream of being an infectious diseases doctor, wife, and mom but something inside of her told her there was more for her. She was already accomplished and living a good life but she knew in her heart that she was settling for good when great was in store for her.
Acknowledging the 80 hour work weeks were costing her the life as a mother she knew she wanted, she had to face the fact that success might look differently. Good is okay but when considering the cost, she knew there was great out there.
It was in this realization and a calling from her higher power that Melissa decided to start a business alongside her busy life. A few years later, she was able to step away from her medical practice, spend more time at home, and inspire lives in a different way.
Hear how Melissa was able to redefine success, overcome obstacles, and shares her courageous journey of hills and valleys to get from good to great.
