Website Strategist, Megan Rosman, shares how she found herself in the world of social media marketing before she even took one marketing class while in college. She wants to help businesses strategize their social media footprint to help generate leads to their sites.
While working as a veterinarian technician she was approached by the veterinarian to work on their social media accounts and website. This was her favorite job she has had. Megan has also worked in real estate and financial services. She continued to work on optimizing websites for clients.
Once her daughter was born she decided that she wanted to work for herself. She had often struggled with an overwhelming sense of feeling unsettled. Megan wanted to change but she didn’t know what needed to change. She shares how she started with her lifestyle and really looking at what was causing her to feel unhappy.
Taking the small steps one at a time she was able to start her own business and make a career for herself on her terms. Listen in and hear about how these small steps have helped her make a larger impact on herself, her family, and her business.

Rachel Flores is one busy mama who is sharing her secret sauce to being a mom of 2 toddlers and multiple business owner. Yes, I said multiple business owner!
When she first started out, Rachel didn’t know she was going to be where she is now. She started in the social work field and after having her two daughters only 20 months apart, decided she didn’t want to live paycheck to Monday.
Rachel has worked to learn how money works and is now sharing what she has learned about making money and credit work for her and her business. She is no longer a business owner with a family, she is a mom who owns businesses.

Girlfriend, when you are quiet do you hear a little voice telling you that you have a bigger purpose? Or that you are meant to help more people? That might be Him giving you the nudge to step into the life he has planned for you.
Sheree and Natasha Lewis are mental health and vision coaches who help others start nonprofits. When they were figuring out what they wanted to do they found themselves stuck and not knowing what they wanted to do next. They had an idea of what they wanted to do but they found themselves going through a difficult season. Later they realized that those challenges prepared them for what God had in store for them.
They reclaimed themselves in Christ and started their journey of becoming servant leaders. They were called to start their own mental health based nonprofit ministry to help broken and hurting individuals overcome their life challenges.
Sheree and Natasha didn’t stop there. They also have a nonprofit start up coaching business. They want to help others recognize their own unique gifts that God has given them to be able to serve others. They also have an online training academy that guides those wanting to start their own nonprofit and how to find grant funding for their ventures.

Hey Mamas, what if I told you that you could have a business AND be able to be home with your kids? Let’s stop this idea where we have to choose between our career and our families.
Tara is a business coach who is helping other moms who want to be home for their families. When working with her clients she is able to help moms build online businesses that monetize their own skills and strengths. This is helping moms have the AND life they have always wanted.
When she was pregnant with her third child, Tara made the decision that she didn’t want to go back to her job after her maternity leave. It didn’t financially make sense to have three kiddos in day care, she would basically be paying to work. Who wants to do that?!?!
Once she realized that she was able to freelance her work she was able to focus on what skills she could offer as a service to others. It was so freeing when she was able to work her online business from anywhere. Especially when her special needs child was in the hospital for an extended period of time. Even though it was stressful for her to have a child who was very sick, she didn’t have to choose between being there for him and going to work to have money coming in.
During the time her child was in the hospital Tara saw many children who were in their rooms by themselves. She learned that many of the childrens’ parents had to leave them during the week to work so they had money coming in, kept their health insurance, and kept their jobs. This was a choice she feels that no parent should have to make.

Have you asked your kids what they want to be when they grow up or what they would like to have as a career? Think back when you were making the decision to go after the career you wanted. If you have it, is what you thought it would be or are you looking for more?
Dr. Pranay Parikh, host of the podcast “From MD to Entrepreneur”, shares how he was looking for more even though he was starting his medical practice. He started to learn about real estate but he didn’t have the time or desire to be the one to put in all the extra work that comes with owning property. Then he learned about passive real estate investments.
He was able to invest in real estate without the extra work. Dr. Parikh wanted to share what he has learned with his colleagues so he started to teach classes. The response to the class was very positive and Dr. Parikh started to look into starting his own business to help other medical professionals build wealth through passive real estate investments.
Now he is sharing through his podcast so that others looking for ways to grow their income can learn. Dr. Parikh wants to help others be able to have the ability to choose how much and when people want to work. Don’t let the experiences pass you by, tomorrow isn’t a promise.

Join me in my conversation with Executive Coach, Stacey Luces. She shares her story of how she took the leap to live her life the way she wanted to.
After an emergency surgery, where she flatlined twice, Stacey decided she wasn’t going to wait for her dream life any longer. Her plan was to move to the beach once she retired and enjoy the rest of her life. Through her experience she learned that tomorrow isn’t always a guarantee.
Once she made the decision to no longer wait for the “right time” for her dream life, Stacey started working with a coach. This helped her start to focus on who she wanted to be as a wife, mom, and now successful business owner. She has now decided that she wants to share what she has learned with others.
Her purpose now is to help other women reduce stress, find joy, and build the life of their dreams. She uses a 9 step process that helps women find clarity, confidence, and certainty. She shares how she helps women unleash the impact within them and work through unconditioning them from who they think they are supposed to be to stepping into who they want to be.

Forgiveness is one of those words that is easy to say but not always easy to do. Forgiveness is a verb, and one has to take action in order to truly forgive.
In this episode I share how this has really been a struggle for me and the clarity I was able to achieve by giving it to god to help me be able to start to heal.
