Have you ever stopped and thought, “where am I going with my life?” “Why am I not feeling fulfilled?” or “I need to change something, but I am not sure what that is.” Those could be signs you are STUCK.
Tatiana Rohas, a licensed family and marriage therapist, has gone through a lot of difficult times in the last few years and found herself thinking about similar questions. She knew that it was time to shift but she didn’t know how or what at first.
After completing her graduate studies and licensing requirements Tatiana started helping families with adolescents and or teenagers. She was married and they had chosen to live in California and started a family. Things were going the way she thought they were supposed to.
Sadly, Tatiana went through a miscarriage, this started to spark her feeling of needing to shift. This miscarriage was devastating to her and her family. She found herself feeling very isolated and wanted to connect with others who have gone through this. She did reach out to get the support she was looking for but still struggled with the sadness and depression of this loss. She knew she didn’t want to stay where she was emotionally and mentally but she didn’t know what needed to change. Then her and her husband took a trip.
After taking a trip to Texas, Tatiana and her husband decided that it was time to move. This was to help her be able to take action to get unstuck. Now that there was some momentum to get out of that place of being stuck, she started to learn about how to start her own private therapy practice. After talking to others through social media, Tatiana took the leap to leave her community mental health job and start her own practice.

Self Care with Intentionality to Level Up with Daniela Wolfe
Wednesday Dec 21, 2022
Wednesday Dec 21, 2022
I have a very important message for you, YOU ARE WORTHY OF SELF CARE. I know I know when you hear those words you might be thinking of fancy spa days, manicures, massages, etc. Girl, what if I told you you can practice self care and not have to fork over any cash. I mean it!
Self care has become somewhat of a buzz word over the last few years. Some think it could be woo woo or too difficult or expensive to add to your day. Daniela Wolfe started her business to help empower other women by building moments of self care throughout their day. Her work uses a framework that she helps her clients work through focusing on mindset, self care, and time planning.
Daniela’s journey really started when she was a single mom of two young children and working full time as a social worker. She struggled with trying to do everything and not asking for help. There were times where she wasn’t present in the moment or when she was a little short with her children. She decided that she didn’t want to be that mom and started to make small changes that gave her joy. To do this she would write three things or moments that happened that day that made her happy. This started her mindset shift.
The framework that has been created helps reframe your thinking, create pockets of time to include self care, and help clients be more intentional with their time planning. Daniela wants to share how savoring a cup of coffee in the morning or taking a short walk can help someone start to feel differently. When you feel different you will show up different; this is what will help propel your business, family, and friend relationships forward.

Leveraging Vulnerability in Storytelling with Lia Biscardi
Wednesday Dec 14, 2022
Wednesday Dec 14, 2022
How can you tell your story without words? Photographs are an amazing way to share ideas, emotions and stories. They can even be more powerful than stories with words.
Storytelling has been around for ages. The first storytellers would use paintings or drawings to share their stories and now Lia Biscardi has found her passion as a storytelling product photographer. She helps her clients tell their stories through the images they post on their social media.
Starting out when she was in college Lia knew she wanted to make a difference in the world. She decided she wanted to study biochemistry and go into science education. She wanted to help her students learn about science and learn to love it. Enter the pandemic and Lia found herself in a situation where she no longer loved what she was doing.
Starting as a side gig, Lia started doing photography and found that she really enjoyed it. She started with landscapes and then one day when her mom had soaps she wanted to sell online Lia found her niche. She started to learn more about social media and how her photos could help others tell their story.
Lia shares about how she had to make the difficult decision to walk away from teaching to pursue this new passion. She shares that it hasn’t been easy and it is a giant leap of faith but she hasn’t regretted her choice.
Give her a listen to hear her positive energy and the lessons she has learned through her journey, especially if you feel like you have a decision to make about taking a leap of faith or staying where you are.
